  • If you use third party reservation widgets on our Site to make a reservation at our restaurant. Reservation platforms we use are Opentable, DesignMyNight, Quandoo & Bookatable.

Facebook Messenger, Twitter & Instagram

If you contact us using Facebook Messenger, Instagram or Twitter we receive your basic account information that you publicly share (first name, last name, gender, locale, profile picture, time zone) from the relevant social media site. We may use this information to respond to your message.

When you make a reservation for Sky Bar

In order to take deposit or minimum spend payments for the events, customers are sent an email with a link on it that takes the customers to WorldPay's payment website for them to make the payment. Customers' full names and email address' are taken in order to send them the email from WorldPay. Once a deposit or minimum spend payment is received, it is registered on the tills with customer's details so it can be redeemed on the day of the event. Mailchimp

We use MailChimp to store our database and to send out newsletters. On every newsletter is an opt out button. Anyone clicking the opt out button will be removed from the database. Mailchimp Privacy Policy Page.

Contact Form

On the website there is a contact form, enabling you to send us a message directly through the website. In order to use that we need your first name, surname, telephone number and email address as well as your message. Your personal details will be saved only so that we can respond to your request, and will subsequently be deleted unless there are legal requirements to retain this data.

When you use our App

We have our app which you can order online with, but this app is only available for us by residents of Pan Peninsula Square. The app is managed and run by RestaJet (www.restajet.com) you can read their privacy policy (https://www.restajet.com/privacy).
